• Joyina Portal: A comprehensive cloud platform with ready-to-use specialized programs for managing Sports Academies and Laundry shops.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Some services are available through paid monthly or annual subscriptions.
• All payments are processed securely through the Moyasar electronic payment gateway.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable after the subscription period begins, unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to modify prices with at least 30 days' prior notice.

• Use the services for illegal purposes or purposes prohibited under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content, designs, and software of the Joyina platform are the exclusive property of Joyina.
• For custom programming projects, ownership rights of the final product are transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• No part of our platform may be copied, distributed, or modified without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer

• Our services are provided "as is" without express or implied warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose.
• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
• We make every effort to ensure service continuity but do not guarantee freedom from failures or interruptions.

7. Service Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us directly.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these Terms of Service.
• Upon account termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law
